🗂️ About the Role
As our Automotive Warranty Clerk, you’ll be the linchpin between the service department, technicians, and manufacturer reps. Your day will revolve around ensuring accurate warranty submissions, tracking claims, and keeping things compliant with both internal and factory guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and submitting warranty claims promptly and accurately
- Reviewing repair orders and technician notes for eligibility
- Tracking claim status and reconciling payments
- Liaising with manufacturer reps for audits and policy updates
- Supporting the Service Manager with warranty-related reporting
👤 What You’ll Bring
- Prior experience in a warranty, service admin, or automotive office role
- Familiarity with DMS systems (e.g. Pentana, ERA)
- Strong attention to detail and document accuracy
- Professional, confident communicator (written and verbal)
- A proactive mindset with great time management
- Automotive dealership experience is highly desirable
